The challenge
Attendance machines cost money per outlet and are easy to game. The delivery-order record was a shared spreadsheet: nobody could see which areas actually ordered, and anyone could edit any outlet's rows.
Before the website, Everything Supermarket asked us to fix two things that ran on paper and spreadsheets: staff attendance across the outlets, and the record of online-delivery orders. We built a focused app for each.

SmartAttendance needs no hardware. Staff check in by scanning a QR poster at the store entrance, and the app confirms by location that they are actually at the store. Hours, overtime against each employee's own working day, leave and monthly payroll all come from the same records, and wages are visible only to the roles that should see them. The order tracker gives every outlet its own login and shows each outlet only its own orders - enforced on the server, not just hidden on screen. The owner's dashboard leads with the report they asked for: orders and sales by area.
Two small, focused tools that replaced a register and a spreadsheet. Both run on the group's own subdomains, and each store's data is walled off from the others.
